Not Just Abominable, But Well Hidden

According to the History Channel - In Search of the Abominable Snowman, the sightings of the creature have been centered on Mount Everest.  Now I will begin my argument on why I believe the Abominable Snowman to exist.  The uninhabited land around Everest is vast.  There are hundreds of empty miles for a small group of Yetis to exist with very little contact from human beings.  There are many new animals being discovered every year as the human race continues to document and explore our world.  The Yeti is a creature yet to be discovered because of their shyness and the remote habitat they live in.  Even though the first documented sighting by an outsider was in 1957, the myth itself is ancient and has existed in the area for centuries (abominablesnowman.co.uk).  The local inhabitants are not speculators like us Westerners.  They believe the Yeti is real and speak about the creature in day to day tones.  The fact that outsiders are also spotting evidence of this creature leads us to believe the Abominable Snowman is not just a myth.  In 1925 a Greek photographer and member of the Royal Geographical Society names N.A. Tombazi glimpsed a creature he later described as “exactly like a human being, walking upright and stopping occasionally to uproot or pull some dwarf rhododendron bushes.”  Tombazi, who was at about 15,000 feet up the mountains on the Zemu Glacier, later reached the spot where he had sighted the creature only to also find some intriguing tracks in the snow (Occultopedia.com).  All of these people are well respected men, and imagining that they would make up a false story becomes hard to envision.
